History
Before Toby was born, a higher power told her parents when to run and to look out for an alien in the shape of a hawk. The alien, Tobias, and his alien friends, the Animorphs, guided them to freedom and safety in a valley hidden from view. Toby was born free there, the first free Hork-Bajir in generations, and it soon became clear that she was different. She was a Seer, better able to understand the world and the minds of aliens, someone her people would look to for guidance.
Her parents raided to free their people and grow the colony. As Toby grew older and more aware of her role, she started to make plans and build an image of a free future.
Personality
Sober, responsible, forwards-thinking. A burden was placed on Toby before she could speak and she has grown around it. Toby thinks about the future and her role in it, and tries to understand. Her commitment to her people and their emancipation is unshakeable. She's kind of intense and both cynical and naive.
Original Abilities
Toby can navigate trees without difficulty and has fine control over the blades growing from her flesh. She's denser and stronger than a human of her size and build and heals rapidly from injuries.
